The next crucial step is to get a wide-eye effect. So begin with applying L’Oréal Paris Contour Khôl Pencil Eyeliner in Immaculate Snow under your eyelids as well as on top. Next, create a strong, wide streak by applying it to your lower eyelashes. This technique will enhance your eyes and give you that anime-look.
