Philippians; 4:8 “Finally brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things”
Menopause has been allowed to become a long term, well established natural body change to become a feared and focal point of many lives through enormous promotion and analysis. This verse provides a very simple instruction that will ensure a thought based mind foundation essential to moving through a compulsory season without a collection of unexplainable and controlling symptoms..
So much has been written about Menopause every lady waiting on the change will have read or heard about an array of symptoms that could fill a large medical dictionary.
This is the time to be most careful not to get too familiar with any condition written about or somehow controlling the lives of friends with a daily growing power. Deeper knowledge can very easily grow in the mind and over a short time whilst taking on a strength similar to that of a dreaded weed in fertilized ground.
The verse doesn’t specifically indicate the thoughts to be eliminated – only you know this. The choice of those requiring undivided attention and focus for a victorious life is also yours but each must be made stronger than the dreaded symptoms.
When this has been done the next phase will have a foundation for success.
