The Power of Words During Menopause: Finding Strength & Change

Romans 10:8 “- the word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart.”
Menopause could be a topic about which more words than any other female issue has been discussed. Some are helpful and positive but most focussing on the misery, the fear and the unique nature of each experience.

There is an abundance of genuine warnings of the power in the spoken word as well as numerous instruction as to how it that can be used to bring needed change. To implement important change requiring Godly strength and speed His words must be spoken through the mouth.

Needs through words will be picked up by the inner ear and fed into the heart or human spirit. Regular verbal exercise will plant the words in the heart and a special strength will begin to become obvious.

God’s word has a self energizing factor that will grow till the need will be met. It must be used with faith but this is not hard as we are told that a grain of mustard seed is sufficient. The size of the need will provide some idea of the time required for the change.

Negative thought surrounding menopause may be bringing feelings of hopelessness, worry and fear. Accept the simplicity of the instruction. Name each concern and command it to leave the mind.

Do this with a strong believing voice 7-8 times. Noticeable change will occur within 30 minutes. Keep doing this until the uninvited thoughts don’t return.
