Sounds like you're trying to figure out what kind of diet plan would work for you! If you want me to help you choose one that will work, there's some homework I need you to finish first-just send me back the answers.
1. age and height.
2. your current weight, the highest weight you've been at in the last ten years, and the lowest you've weighed in the last ten years
3. If you've ever tried to lose weight before, what did you try? How'd it go? Why didn't it work?
4. And finally, please write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink in 48 hours. Include your portion sizes-if you aren't sure, try to guess in cup sizes. (A single serve yogurt is a cup-a tall glass of milk is two standard cups, a large soda is usually four standard cups).
