Hi there,
    I was just wondering because i Have read earlier in an article that eating before a Workout and after a workout is the best time to actually eat well? And that eating little at night is also preferable to lose weight? Is this info. correct? thanks

Frankly, I don't think it matters much when you eat.  You may feel better eating a small meal after working out with a snack (banana and peanut butter, for instance) prior to working out.  The body balances everything out over time.  As long as your total calories in don't exceed the calories you burn over the long haul you will lose weight and feel better.
