QuestionI am 5.2 weighing 124 lbs. I look much thicker than I did 6 months ago even though I weigh about the same. How can undo the "bulk" I'm getting from working out with weights. I'm not working out with HEAVY weights.
I just want a longer, leaner look. Help?
