must a women suffer some sort of physical harm at forties if she has her own personalized diet and exercise programs ?

Hi Lina,

I don't think a woman must suffer some sort of physical harm at any age as long as they pick and choose their diet & exercise program carefully.

I suggest a balanced diet rich in fiber and low in fat. The people of Japan have the longest live expentancies & they stay active during old age because of their diet. They also have very low obesity rates, only 3%.

As for exercise, I would suggest you pick a program that includes strength training because it strengthen your bones and your muscles. If you do that, you will look & feel 10-20 years younger!
