Answerprotein shakes... lots and lots of them. They are packed full of calories but are still good for you. I suggest Genisoy brand. Despite popular belief about the vegetarian diet, most vegetarians do not become deficient. But you should still take a daily multi-vitamin. Two to watch for are iron levels in the blood and Vitamin B12 levels. Which can both be tested by blood work.
