Questionwhat is a good way for a 14 year old to get in shape? i'm not extremely heavy, i just feel i could be in better shape. because of my small amount of extra weight, i do not have a visible figure. what would a healthy way to lose weight be. i do not want to hurt my body.

Bike riding, jogging, lifting light weights, are good exercises to do too.
