hello,

i am a 16 year old male, i am currently 6'2 200lbs. i excersice regualry and play sports often...but i've begining to notice that, i have a gut, and my backside is getting a little bigger. My chest shoulder and arms look great at the moment, but could look better with the right diet. I was wondering if you could tell me what i should be eating when and how much of it if i want to build more muscle and lose the gut.

I would simply cut back on the amount of fat and empty calories that you are eating.  Empty calories are those without nutritional value, such as junk food, desserts, soda, etc.

You need a fair amount of calories at your age, but if you eat predominantly fresh fruit and veggies, lean protein, and complex carbs, you should do well.
