Pre- or Post-Workout Snack: What's Best for Teenagers?
Question hey! i have a question. im 15 yrs old and everyday when i get home from school i workout for 30 min on the treadmill. but im always hungry when i get home and eat a little snack. im wondering if i should eat this before i workout or after, what would be best?
AnswerIt depends on when you eat lunch and what time you are having this snack. But in general I would say it is probably a good thing to eat the snack before you workout so you have more energy and fuel for your workout. Just make it something very light and give yourself a little time in between eating it and starting your workout.
