Hello

I am 6ft 1 and weigh 85 kg (13.5 stone) I am slim and have been working out for a few years.

I eat the right things every 2-3 hours, my problems are i never understand how to calculate calories,add calories, or anything to do that is mathematical with nutrition

I know i need 2 consume 3,500 calories if nt mre for my body frame bearing in mind what im doing.

my question is, could you kindly do a nutrition plan 4 me? just to give me help

   Thank you for your nutrition question.  The following website http://www.mypyramid.gov  will help you create a nutrition plan specifically for you.  Just enter your information and it will tell you how many servings from each food group you should be eating daily.  It has a daily tracking program to help you monitor how healthy you are eating.  The website is free to use.  Hope this helps.
