Effective Weight Loss Strategies for College Students
Questioni am a college student and i live in the dorms and eat cafateria style food every day. for the past 3 monts of my freshman year i have been trying to loose weight. i have lost 10 lbs by simply walking to class and cutting the food intake back. i was wondering if you had any advice on how to step up the weightloss. i want to loos 30 more lbs in the next few months.
