Okay, Im 13 and Im 5 foot 3 in. I weigh about 100 lbs. Probably a little more because i've been trying to eat a lot. I want to know if i am a healthy weight. i think i am, but i am constantly being ridiculed about my weight. i am an African-American and in the African American community i am too skinny. how can i gain weight healthily? and do i even need to gain weight?
