QuestionAre plain boiled potatoes ok for a healthy diet (2 potatoes daily)? I'm trying to phase of white bread, but don't know what to replace for the same low cost.
AnswerI would prefer you eat yams, brown rice, quinoa, or any other WHOLE GRAIN source - even whole wheat pasta.
White potatos (any WHITE food like rice or pasta) jacks up your blood sugar levels, which promotes fat storage.
But... to answer your question, they won't kill ya.
