i've recently lost 14 lbs but i'm worried that i will gain all the weight back again.
can you please tell me what i can do to maintain my weight loss?

Hi, you can easily maintain your weight by doing a few things:

1. Do strength training to increase your muscle mass. Muscle tissue consumes a lot of calories, about 50 calories/pound than fat tissue, thus if you increase your muscle mass, you will have higher metabolism. I recommend Jorge Cruise's book, 7 Minutes in the morning for simple & quick exercises. I also include a chapter about easy exercise in my book, Asian Slim Secrets.

2. Consume foods that are high in fiber & resistant starch content such as brown rice & vegetable stir fry. These foods will keep you full for a long time, increase your fat metabolism and they are low in calories & fat content.

3. Drink at least 2 glass plain green tea because it also increases your metabolism.

4. Eat soup as your appetizer. Learn to prepare Asian style soup because we don't use cream to thicken the soup. Asian style soup are very low in calories.
