I am an Indian. my weight is 69kgs and height is 5'4". i am overweight. i want to reduce my weight. i tried a lot. but i am not having the controlling power over my diet. i feel hungry very often. in the morning wen i get up, i think i must not have any fatty foods or any junk foods today. but as the day goes by i get tempted to eat all such foods. and i end up in gaining more weight only. please do suggested me something so that i lose my cravings for junk foods. i really want to lose weight.
