QuestionHi. I'm 5 feet but only 78 pounds and i'm 23 years old. I've been thin and petite all my life but I'd really prefer to maintain a healthier more appropriate weight for my size. I read from one of your past answers that in order to gain weight I'd have to eat like it's my job. But I'm the type of person that stops eating when I'm full and I am having difficulty force feeding myself...it makes me vomit. Do you recommend weight gain shakes as an alternative? Are they safe? Does the brand matter? Thanks in advance!
AnswerHi Alissa
Weight gain shakes are great, however, the brand does matter. The brand I have to recommend is Herbalife. They have been at the top of the nutrition and weight management industry for nearly 30 and operate in over 70 countries worldwide.
The program I would recommend is available at the following site:

This is a weight management program that works like nothing I have ever tried in my life. It contains a metabolism boosting beverage drink (better than coffee), a delicious shake mix and an amazing multi vitamin to increase energy and vitality.
I train boxers and have many clients using this program with great success!
If you order and additional shake (any flavor - at the websire below) you will have 2 shakes a day for a whole month - great value in these recession hit times.

All you need to do is eat normally and then have a shake after every meal. They are packed with vitamins, minerals and all the healthy nutrition that your body needs. The program is designed to develop lean muscle mass which is the healthiest way to gain that little extra weight you are looking for.
If you need anymore info about this program contact me through the email on the site.
Thank you and I hope this helps!!!
