QuestionI am 18 years and I'm Asian. My height is 5'4". According to my height, I should be 50-52kg but now its 59kg. what should I do to lose my extra weight? I have to mention that, I sleep a lot but my meals are very little. At breakfast, I eat banana, a roti and potato fry. At lunch and dinner, only a spoonful of rice and vegetables. I like fast foods but it is not always eaten. thanks. :)
AnswerYashna, Eat more protein and less carbohydrate. If you eat very little, your body will slow its metabolism to conserve energy stores. When this happens, it is very hard to lose weight.
