QuestionHow can I make a perfect circle of mother of pearl, to match the other 3 that are intact ,without creating a central hole and making sure the circumference is smooth.

Well,
I wish I had a picture of the item and a more elaborated question but based on what you ask the easiest and best way is,
1- take a ball burr or any burr and flatten the top
2- flatten the piece of mother of pearl
3- glue the mother of pearl to the top of the burr
4- put the burr in the hand piece and use a file or sand paper to set
against the mother of pearl while the the burr/mother of pearl
turns
you will get a perfect circle.
