So it may be a tad confusing but when I say, “it reminds me to breathe” I mean because one of the features is reminding you to take a few deep breaths! I said it a tad confusing but darlings, its a game changer I totally believe in the act of mediation and taking a second to take a few deep breaths but it’s so hard for me to make myself do it- such a fun feature on the watch!
