How to Flatten Your Stomach: Expert Advice for a Defined Abdomen

Hi. I'm 5'4" and weigh 140. I don't have a problem with weight, but I can't seem to get my abs flat. I have only a slight bulge. What do you recommend I do? Is it possible that I can have  a flatter stomach by the end of the month?

Thank you for your question.
What is your diet like?
Are you eating 4-6 small meals per day-containing more protein and carbohydrates-less fat and sodium?
Are you drinking plenty of water every day?
Some good abdominal exercises that you can do are:
crunches
leg lifts
torso twists
side bends
bicycles.
It is possible that your stomach can be a little bit flatter by the end of the month with proper diet and exercise.
