QuestionI have lost nearly 60 pounds on my own. I have completley changed my eating habits and work out like crazy. One hour of Cardio 5 days a week as well as a work out video 5 days a week. I am in great shape, but still overweight. I have about 25 more pounds to go, but have been on a plateau from weight loss for a very long time!!! months. I have hurt my knee and am unable to do my regular work out routine for atleast 6 weeks. What exercises can I do that won't aggrevate my knee?
How can I change my exercise routine in order to get over this plateau?

Can you do any lower body exercises at all now?
