Pregnancy Pain & Nausea: What's Normal at 7 Weeks?

i am nearly 7 weeks pregnant and have been gettin tomach pain but no bleading is it normal to get these pains due to your belly growing.The pains are not there all the time and come and go also i felt a sick all the time but do not feel sick anymore is that a good or bad thing.

Hello Fiona. The nausea is different for each woman, it may come back, but maybe not. It is quite common to have aches and pains in the pelvic region throughout pregnancy- your body is changing and making room for the growing uterus.
