I would suggest that you get a copy of Dr. Shettles study on "How to Choose the Sex of My Baby". He was a physician at Columbia P&S medical center who did pioneer work on how to determine the sex. This was hased on the fact that "male" sperm do not do well in an acid medium and "female" sperm do. Therefore, it consists on s series of instructions on making the pH of the vagina higher to have a boy and lower to have a girl, in addition to various methods of sexual intercourse to achieve the desired sex.
