Understanding Pregnancy Weight Risks: A Comprehensive Guide

Question
What are the weight classes that are considered high risk? Low-Weight & High-Weight?

Answer
I am not really sure what you are asking...Are you talking about the fetus or the mother?  I'll explain both just in case

Mother - It doesnt really go by a set weight.  If you are eating healthy, maintaining your exercise and diets then you should be fine. If you are anorexic, bilemmic or have other health issues then that is considered High Risk ofcourse.  As for a higher weight person normally it doesnt effect then until later in the pregnancy like 8 months or so.  It depends on the person and their diet habits.

Babies - anything under 5lbs is considered highrisk.  The bigger you are the better because it means you got all the nutrients and stuff you needed while you were in the womb.
