Answer A healthy diet is very important. Pre-natal vitamins are often suggested. Fresh fruits and veggies are a must, as well as grains and WATER, lots of WATER, I am convinced lots of water is what kept me from getting stretch marks!
You should avoid: smoking, drinking alcohol, excess sweets and fried foods, will really add the pounds and don't offer any real nutrition.
