Wheat vs. White Flour: Nutritional Differences & What to Consider


Question
I read everywhere that wheat products (brown rice, wheat noodles, brown rice, etc.) are better than the white food products.  However, if you compare the nutrition labels, there does not appear to be much difference.  Are the wheat products really better, does it really make a difference and why?  Thank you.
