Increasing Your Chances of Conceiving a Boy: A Guide

We have 3 girls.  We are thinking about having another child.  Is there anything we can do to have more of a chance of conceiving a boy?

I would suggest getting a copy of Shettle's "Choosing the Sex of your Baby", which gives a list of procedures to be done in order to increase the alkalinity of your vagina. Sperm to not do well in an acid medium, but do great in an alkaline medium. Check it out.
