1cm Dilated at 37 Weeks: Understanding Labor Prep & Discomfort

I WENT TO LABOR AND DELIVERY A WEEK AGO AND I WAS DIALATED 1CM AND WAS 4% EFFACED. CURRENTLY I AM HAVING UNBEARABLE LOW PELVIC PRESSURE AND BACK PAIN SHOULD I WORRY MY DOCTOR?

Sounds like your body is getting ready for the "big day".  Until you are having regular contractions (5 minutes apart) that become stronger and longer, you really don't need to worry.  Unfortunately, these aches and pains are a product of the end of the pregnancy.  It could just be the position of the baby.  If you experience any heavy bleeding or leakage of fluid, present to labor and delivery immediately.
