Possible Labor Signs at 27 Weeks: What To Do

Ok, heres what is going on, I feel like something is stabbing me in the private area.. my stomach has been cramping all day, I watered all over myself and on floor, My back hurts, and Im 2 days away from 27 weeks pregnant.  Am I actually going through labor?

Call your doctor now please. You may be, I cant say over the internet, but you should definitely call your doctor.

They will probably have you go to labor and delivery to check and see if your water broke, it is a very simple test. If not, you could just be having braxton hicks contractions, which are annoying but generally harmless.
