Tracking Ovulation: Can Your Home Microscope Help?
QuestionI just read an article about using an ovulation microscope to track ovulation. Is there any way I can perform the same function with the microscope I already have at home?
AnswerDear Sarah,
Thanks for the question. Cervical mucous changes depending on the hormone levels. The cervical mucous at the mid-cyce, time for ovulation, will usually dry into a fern-like pattern. It does take a little learning to recognize.
