Gonal-F Dosage: What to Do If You Miss a Dose?

Hi i'm having fertility treatment at the moment I'm taking gonal f every evening I forgot to take it at the usual time si insteaed I took it 8 hours later is this going to effect anything?

Hello Meg,

No, but the problem with delaying for so long is that there will be a drop in the steady level of hormone in your blood stream.  Hopefully, it will not have an affect, but you could lose some follicles that had started to grow.  You should definitely let your doctor know.
