QuestionI've been on Micronor (contraceptive pill) for many years and came off it about a year ago as I am wanting to have a baby. Ever since I came off the pill my periods have been extremely light and only last about 2 days. Am I lucky or am I not menstruating properly? I know it can take time for the pill to come out of your system but my periods were never like this before I started taking the pill. I am concerned that this is affecting my fertility.
I'm from Glasgow in Scotland (United Kingdom)
AnswerHello,
You are normal. The amount and duration of bleeding can be highly variable among women. You are one of the lucky ones.
