i just wanted to know about whether one dosage of MT PILL by CIPLA prevents pregnancy, i had unprotected sex and took a single dose of mt pill after 10-15 hrs...will it help prevent my pregnancy..

I don't recommend taking the MT pill. As you can see from this article, you are not supposed to take this medication without doctor's supervision. It is very dangerous.
