It is difficult to say if pregnancy is still possible or not. The Fallopian tube is essential for getting pregnant using a natural method.
If one fallopian tube is blocked, that indicates that some inflammation occurred to cause scar tissue formation and tubal blockage. That inflammation could have come from inside the tube, as in a pelvic infection, or outside the tube as in endometriosis or surgery. If it is from endometriosis or surgery, surgery can be done to correct the tube (open it up) and the chances would be good for natural pregnancy via the left tube. However, if the inner tube was damaged because the inflammation came from inside the tube (via the vagina, cervix and uterus), then it is likely that the left tube is damaged as well eventhough it is open. In that case, natural pregnancy would not be possible and you would have to do IVF.
There is no test for us to know which is the cause. So, in the meantime, you will have to try on your own, with fertility medications or with IUI, and if that does not work then proceed to IVF. If you were my patient, I would probably counsel to do IVF.
