Questionim 20 years old, me and my boyfriend have been trying for a
baby for about 13 months, but nothing! ..ive recently done a
sti test and found out i have chlymydia, im being treated for
that now, but could this have been why i haven't got pregnant
yet? please help, i really want a baby :(

Bacteria such as Chlamydia can lead to tubal blockage and result in infertility. However, taking a simple test that shows that you are positive for Chlamydia does not explain the infertility by itself. Considering how young you are, and the fact that you are in your peak fertile years, you should have gotten pregnant after one year of trying. Since you have not, I would recommend that you undergo an infertility evaluation to try to find out what is preventing pregnancy. The treatment is then based on what the problem or problems are. You should go see your gynecologist and request an infertility evaluation. DO NOT proceed to any treatment they might advise without a thorough infertility evaluation.
