Answer
Is it safe to use this cream when pregnant? Since it is not rated you need  to be careful and ask your OB doctor.

Are all the ingredients in it safe for longterm use?
Not really,  some of them can cause blindness and other can cause severe blood disorders like leukemia and aplastic anemia.

Will it cause any side effects if i use it continuously?
Yes, it can lead to permanent pigmentation changes.

Remember the FDA approval does not mean it is safe for you or for a pregnant person. The FDA has loosened the rules so much in the last 25 years that their approval does not mean it is safe or effective, but just that the company paid the fee for review and it does not look lethal.
When you go to www.fda.gov and search for it there is no listing meaning it is not FDA approved.
