Red Lines Under Eyes After Chiropractic Adjustment: Causes & Concerns

I went to a chiropractor today for treatment of back & neck injury due to car accident. When I got home, I noticed that I have a line of tiny dark red dots under both eyes. They appear right along the curve above my cheeks? Could these be broken blood vessels? Should I be concerned?

Sounds like broken tiny blood vessels.  Sometimes people get them from vomiting and wretching or sneezing/coughing, etc.  If you had your head/neck manipulated or face down on a table it might have happened from that.  It should go away quickly..... if not, needs to be checked.
