QUESTION: hello im having these pains in my lower back, stomach and brest like im going to have a period but i already had one the 6 until the 10 of this month. someone told me it could be a sign of pregnancy could she be right?

If you are sexually active anything is possible.  Easy way to check it out is a pregnancy test.

Lower and backand stomach could be a urinary tract infection but that would not produce breast pain.

Check out the preg test if neg make an appt with your physician.

QUESTION: is there any suggestions on how to get rid of and urinary tract infection if  u might not have health insurence to go to the docs

Go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist for where the over the counter meds are for urinary tract infection.

Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice.

I would recommend at least a visit to a clinic for a urinalysis to make sure.  Self medicating is not a good idea.
