Stomach Cramps and Diarrhea: Causes, Relief, and When to See a Doctor

hello.
i woke up today with horrible stomach cramps in the top of my stomach they seem to come and go. i also have had several eppisodes of completly liquid stool when it passes the craps go away for a while. no blood or anything in them just brown water. should i go to the er? no nausia or fever either im a 24 male

don't go to the ER.....

treatment should be----- don't eat any food... just juice, water, soda... no milk, no solid food.  Immodium AD if cramps persist, but this will pass over 24-36 hours if you go on clear liquids for 24 hours.... then advance your diet to saltine crackers and bland foods.....
