Persistent Bad Breath: Causes, Solutions & When to See a Doctor

hello
i have very bad breath no matter i eat or brush my teath
i had this problem for the first time when i had  rejeem to loose weight,hollywod rejeem befor 4 years
no even if my stomach is not empty i have bad breath what i can do
my teath is in perfect condition
i just have heart burn ocasionly  please help me

The heartburn was the key thing you said, as far as I'm concerned.  Please see  your family/general doctor.  I wonder if you have a loose sphincter muscle in your esophagus creating back up from your stomach into your throat, and a consequence of which is the bad breath.  Great question.  Bad breath that is persistent like yours, even regardless of the  heartburn is important to get assessed because it could be caused by decaying tooth or jaw bone that you are not aware of, perhaps an infection that needs treatment, reflux, or some other condition.
