Fibroadenoma & Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia: Management Options

I am 37 and was recently diagnosed with a fibroadenoma with atypical lobular hyperplasia.  It is about 1 cm and is very painful.  I am debating to wait and watch or have it removed? Please help by giving me your views on pros and cons.

atypical hyperplasia is not your normal run of the mill fibroadenoma.... The surgeon would probably make a case for removal, as would I.    Not much of a debate from my standpoint.... do you want to wait until it is definitely bad?    When biopsies are done, they sample only a little bit of the mass.... I would want to have the entire mass looked at when it is out of me.
