QuestionHello,
I was wondering, hypothetically, if one stopped ingesting any iron, around how much would hemoglobin levels drop in the average person in a month of not ingesting iron at all? (I know there is no set answer and it depends person to person, but are we talking a drop of 1g/dL or like 3-4g/dL)

Answerin a month, no drop... you have iron stores and recycle the iron in the hemoglobin.... I don't know if you stop ingesting iron though, because it is in foods... but it would take months to develop anemia unless you are loosing blood from aother source......
