Endometriosis & Diaphragmatic Pain: Understanding the Connection

Hello,
I was diagnosed with endo 7 years ago, i have went through many treatments including two laps and a full hysterectomy. They found endo on my diaphragm which they believe is causing a bigger problem. Which is a muscle spasm of my diaphragm which comes out like a hiccup but much more severe. I have crack cartilage in my rib cage and cracked my x-phoid process which nearly killed me. I am still having extreme pain and have started hiccuping again. I went 2 years after the hysterectomy with no symptoms and they are back. I need to find a doctor who can help me. Do you know who i could see in the MN area? Or of anyone else who is going through this? Pleas help.
