QuestionMy periods are usually every 37 days, 2 months this year they were 43 and 47 days, Jan and June. I think my last period was on 8/3/09 but like I said sometimes they come later. I went to the doc on 10/8/09, they said I was 9 weeks and 4 days and they thought I got pregnant on 8/10 or the 11th (i didn't have sex on those days). I had sex on 8/6/09 with guy #1 and sex on the 14th and beyond with my current guy. Do you think guy# 1 is the father? They said my due date was 5/10/2009 and I had an transvaginal ultrasound. Early transvaginal ultrasound is the single most accurate way to date a pregnancy - it's accurate within +/- 3 days. Based on your information, if you were told your due date is May 10th, then you most likely conceive around August 15th, not the 10th or 11th.
You don't typically conceive on the same day you have intercourse. Since sperm can live in the reproductive tract for up to 5 days, you can get pregnancy at any time in the 5 days after intercourse.
So, based on this information, it's more likely that the second man is the father.
