Ultrasounds only take into effect the size and development of the baby - the aren't going by your LMP. And embryos grow at very specific rates, which is why 1st trimester ultrasounds are so accurate. I know it's hard not to worry, but medically, speaking, there is no way that the ultrasound would be off by that much.
