Concerns About Irregular Periods After Birth Control - Future Fertility

i used to be on the birth control pill about a year and a half ago now and there was a time i took the pill through for 5 months without having a break for my period.i am no longer taking the pill and haven't been for the last year.My periods are normal and regular.i was wondering by me doing this would it effect me having children in the future? please e-mail me back i am quite concerned.thank you.

It does not sound healthy to me to miss 5 months without a period. There must be some kind of medical reason that it happened. I'm glad that your periods are normal and regular now. I don't really know if this would affect your having children. Are you trying to get pregnant at this time?
