Diane 35 for Acne & Weight Gain: A Patient's Inquiry

I have bad acne that i have had for years, and was just wondering if diane 35 is right for me.I have heard the bad things about it and also heard the good things. I am currently on depo provera and it is causing excessive weight gain.

Thanks for your question. Of course, I'm not a medical doctor so have you checked with your physician about this matter? I just read an article about Diane 35 and it said that this product should only be used temporarily and not solely for birth control but only for severe acne. However, the side effects sound really scary. I don't think I would recommend this at all. Also, depo provera has some side effects and risks as well as the weight gain.
