Diane 35 Pill Switch: When is it Safe to Have Unprotected Sex?
Questioni began taking levlen and i was on this for about 2 weeks, i noticed my acne was returning so i stopped taking it. i returned to the doctor 2 days later and got diane 35. i started taking it right away just as he ordered. i had a two day break inbetween switching pills. so how long until unprotected sex is safe for me? i am 17 years old and these are my first encounters with the pill so i lack knowledge on this.
thanks
AnswerDaniella,
Hi there! First of all, I have to tell you that I don't recommend any kind of birth control pills or any kind of hormonal birth control. There are many dangers and side effects in my opinion. If you want to talk about other methods, you can email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk on email. Another thing, unprotected sex or even so-called "protected" sex is not 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy. You can also get a sexually transmitted disease. You can get pregnant any time you have sex because the pill does not protect 100%. So I hope you will email me so bye for now.
